Choose one or more region sets β World, US States, Canadian Provinces, Australian States, or UK Countries β then press Start Game. Type each region's name from memory into the entry box; correct guesses light up green in the results grid, reveal that region's flag, and fill in its shape on the map. Keep going until you've named everything in your chosen regions or click Give Up to end the round early.
Yes. Toggle on any combination of World, US States, Canadian Provinces, Australian States, and UK Countries before starting, and all of them are quizzed together in a single round. Use Config Continents to narrow World mode down to specific continents, such as just Europe and Asia, for a shorter, more focused session.
There's no countdown. The clock counts up so you can see how long a round takes, but you can take as long as you like. Your score is simply how many regions you named correctly out of the total you selected, and a higher score, or the same score in less time, counts as a better attempt.
Yes. Your results are saved in your browser and color-coded on the Stats screen: green marks a region you named correctly in your best attempt, amber marks one you've only gotten right in a weaker attempt, and red marks one you've never named correctly. That makes it easy to spot which countries, states, or provinces to focus on next time.
Just leave it and keep typing the ones you do know β there's no penalty for skipping. When the round ends, either because you named everything or because you clicked Give Up, any regions you missed are revealed in red in the results grid so you can see exactly what to study.
Yes, it's completely free to play with no sign-up required, and it runs in your mobile or desktop browser. Your stats are stored locally on your device, so they'll carry over between visits in the same browser but won't sync across different phones or computers.
